IHREO – Terms & Conditions

Individual Registration: Each applicant must submit an individual registration form. Group or shared forms will not be accepted.
Payment Mode: All payments must be completed through online payment modes only. Offline or cash payments will not be entertained.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees are non-refundable once the nomination is confirmed by IHREO.
Payment Verification: After payment, candidates must send payment details/receipt to iconichumanrights@gmail.com. Our team will verify and contact you for confirmation.
Registration Confirmation: Registration will be considered successful only after payment verification. Verification time may vary based on workload.
No-Tolerance Policy: IHREO follows a strict no-tolerance policy against smoking, tobacco use, alcohol, and any kind of drugs during events or activities.
WhatsApp Communication: Applicants must provide an active mobile number with WhatsApp, as all updates, instructions, and communication will be sent on that number. If you change your number, you must update IHREO immediately.
Media Rights: IHREO reserves the right to use photographs, award images, and videos of awardees/members for official promotion, documentation, and publications. No objections or claims will be accepted in this regard.
Event Changes: IHREO may cancel or reschedule any program, event, date, or venue due to natural calamities, emergencies, or unavoidable situations—without prior notice.
Authentic Information: Applicants must ensure that all information submitted is correct and authentic. Fake or misleading information can lead to cancellation of nomination without refund.
Technical Issues: IHREO is not responsible for any technical issues such as network errors, payment delays, or server failure during the registration process.
Code of Conduct: Misbehavior, misconduct, or violation of IHREO's code of conduct during any event may lead to disqualification.
Agreement: By submitting the form, the applicant agrees to follow all rules, regulations, and policies of IHREO, including future updates.
